Eco School

The Eco- council has a very important job in school. Each day and week they carry out a range of jobs and record their findings in order to make us a more eco-friendly school.

We have monitors for Bird Feeders, Compost Buddies and Energy Observers. We regularly visit the Walled Garden and work with the Horticultural Society, learning about planting, growing and maintaining our school garden. Our bug hotel provides insects and wildlife with a sanctuary and our completely recycled greenhouse is great for planting new seeds and sharing our knowledge with our friends at school.

This year we are due to renew our eco-flag so we will have to keep up the hard work.
