Today, Year 3 and 4 pupils have been busy writing letters, just like those from the World War II era. To make the activity even more authentic, we stained the letters to give them an aged, historical look. The pupils worked hard at planning and writing their letters, imagining what it would have been like to write to a loved one during such a significant time in history.
It was wonderful to see their creativity and historical understanding come to life through this activity!
