Year 3 and 4 had a wonderful time celebrating Pancake Tuesday! 🥞 The pupils learned about Shrove Tuesday and the beginning of Lent.
As part of the celebration, the pupils enjoyed delicious pancakes for snack, with a variety of toppings to choose from 🍓🍫🍯. During literacy, they also had a creative time where they wrote their own acrostic poems inspired by the word "Pancake" ✍️✨.
