This week, KS2 have been exploring symmetry.
Making the most of the sunshine, we took our learning outdoors, where we carefully measured and drew our grids in chalk. This required patience, accuracy and great attention to detail.
Working in teams of four, we then created our own tile patterns, reflecting them across two mirror lines. There was fantastic teamwork, creativity and problem-solving on display throughout.
A fun and engaging way to bring maths to life. Well done KS2!
