Our Year 6 pupils recently enjoyed an exciting visit to Integrated College Dungannon (ICD), where they took part in a range of fun and engaging activities.
The day began in Home Economics, where the children baked delicious rock cakes, learning new skills while creating some tasty treats. After a short break, they headed to a lively PE session, developing their rugby skills through teamwork, passing and fun games.
Following a delicious lunch, which was very kindly provided by ICD, the pupils took part in an exciting Science lesson. In teams, they carefully created paper rockets and together launched them high into the air using compressed air. It was a fantastic day filled with learning, laughter and new experiences, giving the children a wonderful taste of life at secondary school.
